2024 Annual Conference Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Terms and Conditions

RMACAC will refund the 2024 Annual Conference registration minus a $50.00 processing fee when written notice is given 30 or more calendar days before event commencement. Refunds will not be issued after 30 or fewer calendar days to the event start date. Registrants must understand and acknowledge that the RMACAC 2024 Annual Conference occurs during the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID) pandemic. With this in mind, registrants understand RMACAC will not issue a refund within 30 or fewer days of the event should the registrant test positive for COVID and be unable to attend. Nor will refunds be issued if an institution restricts travel or a registrant experiences anxiety towards attending in person. Should RMACAC or the Doubletree Hotel Colorado Springs cancel the event, full refunds will be issued. 

Payment Terms and Conditions

Should payment by check or purchase order not be received by the start of the conference, all registration materials, and admittance will be withheld until payment is processed on-site (credit card or check/cash). Registrants understand that even if their school/district has issued a payment, if the payment has not been received by the start of the event, RMACAC reserves the right to collect payment on site.

COVID Terms and Conditions

RMACAC will comply with all State of Colorado and Doubletree Hotel Colorado Springs COVID Restrictions/Requirements. This can include but is not limited to mask requirements, proof of vaccination status, social distancing, room capacity restrictions, or other requirements/restrictions. Registrants agree to comply with these same restrictions/requirements. Failure to do so will result in the attendee being removed from the event without a refund.

College Fair Terms and Conditions

In order to participate in the College Fair at the RMACAC 2024 Conference, someone from the registered institution must also be a registered conference attendee. If no one from the registered institution has registered for the conference, College Fair registration will be forfeited until the institutions registers a staff member as a full conference attendee.

Registration Terms and Conditions

If the registrant is the agent registering staff members or employees of their institution, they acknowledge that these registrants have all been made aware of RMACAC 2024 Annual Conference Cancellation Terms & Conditions, Payment Terms & Conditions, and COVID Requirements.
