For Students and Families

Free and open to the public, RMACAC fairs connect you with colleges and universities in one convenient location.

The fair will take place on March 9, 2025 from 1:00p until 4:00p MST at Cherokee Trail High School (25901 E Arapahoe Rd, Aurora, CO 80016). Students can park at either parking lot, but the lower lot by the athletic fields will be on the same level as the fair.

Students: Register in advance with StriveScan by completing a quick form. After you sign up, StriveScan will send a barcode via text message and email. At the college fair, present your barcode to college representatives to receive more information about that college. The next day, you will receive an email with a report of all of the colleges and representatives you met, along with their contact information and social media profiles.

Registration: No need to register yourself for the college fair; however, encourage your students to sign up for a barcode before they attend the fair at www.strivefair.com.

For College Reps

Registration: Registration open until February 20th, 2025. Register here. 

Anticipated Student Attendance: 600

Directions and Parking: College representatives are advised to park in the lower parking lot near the athletic fields (left turn after Newbern Ct.) as this will put you closest to the Post Grad office for check-in and avoid stairs to get to your table.

Set Up: 12:00p-12:45p, check-in will across from the Post Grad Office on the lower level (signs will direct you).

Student Leads: RMACAC is excited to partner with StriveScan to provide student scanning through their app. StriveScan is included with your registration fee for all RMACAC college fairs. Registered institutions will receive the unlock code 1 week prior. Student data can be exported instantly. If you miss the deadline you may register on site ONLY if space is available and at an increased cost of $460. It is at your own risk if you decide to travel to the fair knowing space may not be available and you may be turned away.
