For Students and Families

Free and open to the public, RMACAC fairs connect you with colleges and universities in one convenient location.

The fair will take place on March 2, 2025 from 12:00p to 2:00p MST at Tempe Union High School District Professional Learning Center. 

Students: Register in advance with StriveScan by completing a quick form. After you sign up, StriveScan will send a barcode via text message and email. At the college fair, present your barcode to college representatives to receive more information about that college. The next day, you will receive an email with a report of all of the colleges and representatives you met, along with their contact information and social media profiles.

Registration: No need to register yourself for the college fair; however, encourage your students to sign up for a barcode before they attend the fair at www.strivefair.com.

Registration: Open until February 20th, 2025. Register here.

Set Up: Begins at 11a.

Hospitality: Light snacks and bottled water will be provided before and during the fair. Guest wifi will also be available with login credentials provided in the details email to be sent week of the fair. 

Student Leads: RMACAC is excited to partner with StriveScan to provide student scanning through their app. StriveScan is included with your registration fee for all RMACAC college fairs. Registered institutions will receive the unlock code 1 week prior. Student data can be exported instantly. Learn more at www.strivescan.com. Guest wifi is available and credentials will be sent via email the week of the fair and available at the fair.

*If you miss the deadline you may register on site ONLY if space is available and at an increased cost of $435. It is at your own risk if you decide to travel to the fair knowing space may not be available and you may be turned away.
