Registration for Annual Conference will open in January. All registrants are required to agree to the RMACAC 2025 Annual Conference Terms and Conditions during registration.

Keynote Speaker
Dr. Erin Castro from the University of Utah will present the keynote address "Rethinking Pathways and Possibilities" at the 2025 RMACAC Conference.
Dr. Castro is an Associate Professor of Higher Education and Associate Dean for Prison Education at the University of Utah. Her research seeks to improve policy and practice toward greater equity in higher education. A widely published scholar, Dr. Castro is a founding editor for the Journal of Higher Education in Prison and her work has been published in journals such as Harvard Education Review and Journal of College Student Development.
Pre-Conference Activities
Pre-Conference Sessions
Pre-Conference sessions will be announced in early January as sessions are selected. There is an additional fee to register for a pre-conference session.

Campus tours will be offered at University of Utah and Westminster University. Please utilize the links below to register in advance for the campus tours.

If you are a local institution in Salt Lake City and wish to open your campus to college tours before or after Annual Conference 2025, please reach out to Diane Campbell.
Card Swap
On Tuesday morning, university representatives and high school counselors and IECs will be able to network at our Card Exchange. High school counselors and IECs attending conference do not need to register in order to attend. College professionals will need to register for the card exchange when registering for the conference. Please do not bring swag to this event. All professionals in attendance should plan on swapping business cards only. We will also use StriveScan scanning technology so high school counselors and IECs will be able to be scanned. Post-secondary participants will receive instructions on how to scan prior to the event from StriveScan.
Universities and colleges wishing to participate will need to register. Each university will be allowed one table and up to two representatives for the counselor fair. Cost to register is $75 per table (2 reps max per table).
Participating universities and colleges will be announced periodically after registration opens.
